Hacker Labs

13 Years and going strong

Well it’s been another year and Hacker Labs is not 13.
This year has been quite busy for us. The Dragon has restared her own blog, The Dragons Tower leaving me as the lone editor here at Hacker Labs – The Geek and Otaku Blog. However, I have been working the last few months to try to get at least 5 or 6 posts every week and so far I have been doing good at hitting that goal. Looking at what I already have scheduled I am confident that I will be able to keep hitting this goal for the foreseeable future. I have also been working to vary the type of articles i post. In sted of just cvering what geeking things I have been doing, I have been working to write as best I can about the geek comunity as a whole. This started a few months ago with my weekly ‘Recent Geek News’ roundups that listed articles that I had read on other sites that I felt were worth sharing. It over the last few weeks I have been working writing my own news articles covering the news insted of just refering you to other sites for similar coverage.

I regret that I have been less productive on my other site All this Wicca. After The Dragon and I put in a lot of work to move it from the original wiki it was into the current site back in early and just got burned out on workign on it. I have been doing a little behind the sceens and have been working on getting back in to it. I do find that the fall and winter months are when I am more apt to to want to study and write about Wicca.
