Crayon Shin Chan

Recently the family and I sat down and watched the English dubbed Crayon Shin Chan on AnimeHere.

Shin Chan follows the adventures of the five-year-old Shinnosuke “Shin” Nohara and his parents, baby sister, dog, neighbors, and friends who have the disadvantage of having met Shin.
Shin Chan is not about deep plot lines and character development, but it attracts fans with its own brand of potty humor mixed with pop culture references.
When I hear ‘anime’ I expect a certain art style, give or take for individual series / studios / genres. Crayon Shin Chan looks like it was drawn by a 7 year old with a crayon.
Just, watch a couple episodes… You’ll be hooked.

FYI: The wife recently reviewed Shin Chan on her blog, The Dragons Tower.
